Harrisville is located in the Monadnock Region of southwestern New Hampshire, named after Mount Monadnock, the region’s dominant geographical feature. Harrisville is a small historic mill town about two hours northwest of Boston and four hours northeast of New York City. The two closest small cities are Peterborough (about seven miles to the east) and Keene (about ten miles to the west).
